This is one of Robert Indiana's famous "Love" sculptures, located on the University of Pennsylvania campus, not far from our new place.

Are you allowed the sell images of the "Love" sculpture? Isn't it a piece of art under copyright protection?

Tom, it's an interesting question. I've noticed that there are no photos of these LOVE sculptures on Getty or Corbis (at least, not that I could find), but they are all over the microstock agencies. I don't know what that means in terms of whether it's ok to sell images of this sculpture. Publishing this photo in an ad would likely require further permissions. If anyone is ever interested in purchasing this, I will research it with regard to their particular situation and the use they intend.
