I love both of today's shots! I think you can call low angles your artistic trademark;-) I love this bird's eye view of the daffodil and the *HUGE* three-story building looks like a castle! I have one critique of the color image and that has only to do with the color balance - it looks a bit cyan/green (especially in the yellow of the petals). Gaja, you have such an eye for color balance. I will take another look at this in PS and see what I can do. Thanks for noticing! And yes, I guess this is my trademark. I guess I'm destined to be one of those photographers who is always on the ground aiming up with the camera and other people are wondering what could possibly be so interesting... I was at JHU visiting my girlfriend about a week before you took that, and I was shooting those gorgeous daffodils too! I got some of my best photographs at the garden outside the BMA and at Wyman Park. I love your site, and congratulations on your dslr! Posted by: Doug at July 29, 2006 09:36 PM
