Fallen CherryOctober 01, 2005

Location:     Baltimore, MD
Camera:     Canon PowerShot Pro1
EXIF:     1/1600 sec, F/3.5, 23 mm, Super Macro feature
Notes:     One of the many cherries strewn across the sidewalk on my street.

Also, check it out, I got mentioned in the Baltimore Sun today. (Sorry, registration required. In case you don't feel like jumping through the registration hoops, here's the relevant paragraph: "Baltimore, too, has its share of photo bloggers. "Eeshots", by blogger Eebmore, posts shots of the rich subject matter this city has to offer. And "Luminous Lens", run by Johns Hopkins graduate student Tamara Nicol, posts photos from Baltimore and elsewhere.")

Something strangely appealing about this shot... I think it might be those warm fall colors the apple's got going for it... I like it =)

Chris, that's actually a cherry! That's why it looks so soft.
