Great shot of what looks like pretty poisenous stuff! It does look wounded, this shot is actually quite disturbing...

Almost looks like a real heart.....well, not really, but the thought came to mind. I'm not sure if I would eat such a creation, but the colour in totally vivid, thats for sure.

Photographer52, I have to tell you that I didn't really notice how much this looks like a real heart until I'd posted it. I just thought it looked like a red bagel with a hole in it, that yes, looks a little bit like a wound. But put that together with the concept of it being a real heart and, well, that is disturbing (as Carlo put it). I am going to leave it up for now, but I hope it's not upsetting to some visitors! I mean, it's only a bagel. I certainly don't mean to invoke horrible images, especially on Valentine's Day.

When I first saw the shot I thought it was some sort of fruit that had grown into the shape of heart and was a little too ripe... It's definitely an "interesting" bagel... Never the less I don't think you should take it down, It was shot with good intentions ;)
