This is very, very cool! Great lighting, outstanding composition, and interesting subject. This, IMO, is your best picture. Dangit, M and I park right outside these pipe things every day, and every morning I look at the light on it and say, "I want to take a picture of that" but I've never had my camera with me, and now you've gone and beat me to it and taken an awesome shot. :)

Well, someone had to do it to you once. I mean, normally it's you beating us all to the good ideas. Like the levitating apple. I eat a levitating apple every day, but never have my camera handy, and then all of a sudden, there it is, a shot of a levitating apple on your site.

No seriously, I'm glad you like this picture. I actually thought of you when I was taking it and processing it, trying to keep in mind the kinds of suggestions you'd made on previous pictures of mine.

I very much like this one. But that shouldn't be surprising at all given how much I liked wideangle.ca's cafe shot and ViSuaLLyMiNDeD's Blue. Did you see ViSuaLLyMiNDeD's Up? I will try to deconstruct what exactly I like about this one for you when I have the chance.

I really like the pattern here -- and the color reflected in the metal is great.... nice image...

Great lines and capture. A top of the line, abstract image.

I really like it too; the angle is perfect. I like how the reflections on each pipe seem to split it into three. great shot!

I agree that the lines are great, but I also like that little tint of red in each rung.
