Notes:     Wherever you are in Philadelphia, the famous landmark of One Liberty Place is always peeking around and above buildings. This was taken near the Ben Franklin Institute, looking south toward downtown.

I really like this view, and how the main building is framed by the others.

Think of this picture as an optical illusion and you can convince yourself that some planes are moving forward and some backwards opposite to their reality.

The toning works very well with the subject. It looks like it was a difficult exposure, with the sky so bright and some shadows on the building. Your choice of processing and exposure compensated for that transforming the image in a "blueprint", which enhances all the graphical elements.
