Eiffel TowerNovember 09, 2005

Location:     Paris, France
Camera:     Canon PowerShot S30
EXIF:     1/400 sec, F/5.0, 21 mm
Notes:     Hm, I don't know if this is a black and white. But it was, once. And then I added a solid color overlay. I was going for a sepia tone. And then I adjusted the contrast a tiny bit (okay, a lot) and I liked the result, so voilą (see, I speak French), here it is now.

Oh, and no I wasn't just in Paris. This is an old photo from January 19, 2003! Yep, I'm still digging in the archives...

Hrmmm... Interesting picture. Not 100% sure if I like it or not, but it is definitely interesting. I do, though, like how the clouds turned out in the effect!

I think what I like about it is the brown of the Eiffel Tower near the base, and the way the windows on the building stand out in teal.

But yeah, I wasn't sure if people would like this or not. It's a bit overdone, isn't it? :)
