Nice moody shot and excellent perspective, low to the ground. Definitely looks like an aftermath! Posted by: leslie at May 24, 2005 02:40 AM
such a great idea to take that low perspective; very effective shot! Makes the trash so prominent and huge, i think you really succeeded in expressing what your title suggests. Posted by: ViSuaLLyMiNDeD at May 24, 2005 04:58 PM

Wow. Awesome perspective. Powerful statement. Posted by: Stray at May 25, 2005 11:32 AM
Very nice. The only thing I'd change is the cooler - the shot would be simpler without it. The people serve as a nice delineation between foreground and background. The off-kilter cooler, to me, commands far too much attention, and draws my eye to the cut-off guys. Posted by: Stephen at May 25, 2005 01:40 PM
Really? Actually, the cooler is one of my favorite parts of this photo! I wonder if this is one of those things where there are things the photographer likes in the photo because she was there in person, whereas other people find things distracting because the current image is all he has to go on. Thanks for all of your comments today! I really appreciate the feedback and suggestions, and how you took the time to say something specific about each of the photos you commented on. It gave me very useful things to think about. Posted by: luminouslens at May 25, 2005 01:50 PM
Wow wow, excellent point of view and perspective! I like the depth illusion created by the cooler. Nice shot! Posted by: Andreas at May 25, 2005 03:29 PM
