Fantastic photograph! I love the way you comosed the tree in the frame. Great contrast with the black and white! Posted by: Terri Ann at May 10, 2005 10:23 PM
I never would have tried this in B&W for some reason (one being that I'm just not used to it) but I really like the result here. Cool perspective as well. It's as if the branches are reaching for the clouds! Posted by: Sara at May 11, 2005 03:59 PM
Sara, there are so many photos I never would have tried in black and white if I hadn't started this photoblog specifically to get myself to try it. I have discovered that often my first intuitions about what photos will work well in b&w isn't always right and I'm usually surprised by what works! Posted by: luminouslens at May 13, 2005 03:44 AM
The tones of the leaves on the sky are fantastic! Posted by: xell at May 17, 2005 04:36 PM
