Normal CurveFebruary 17, 2005

Another one from the archives, this one from July 2003. At least this photoblog gives me renewed justification for all the photos I've taken in the past!

This is the Thunder Dolphin at Tokyo Dome City. I wish I hadn't nearly cut off the top of the roller coaster! I don't know what I was thinking. Unfortunately I can't exactly stop by Tokyo Dome City to retake this, but maybe next time I'm there.

Location: Tokyo, Japan

I used to do that a lot too. I think you could probably crop some from the bottom to bring more focus to the angles and flow of the coaster.

Ohhh!!!... what an amazing gigacoaster. I'm a great fun of these scream machines, but I've never been in tokio. What a pity. The BW mood looks very good and you've given me new ideas for my coaster trips for this year!. Thanks.

About the crop of the upper part... I think that you can fix this with PS. You can add a little bit more air in the upper part and clone to give continuity to the shot. It will look great!.

This is great, I agree with Rafa that the top of the shot could have been easily fixed in photoshop, still a very impressive shot.
