Ooo! Purdy! Love the shapes and texture. Just curious, are you adding any noise at all to your B&W shots?? They've always got this nice grainy feel to them, almost like film, I really enjoy it =)

very very cool. i love the depth of this image with the reflected layer behind. the combination of tonal value, texture and grain creates a wonderful atmospheric presence. excellent.

Chris - This photo already had a grainy feel to it because of the snow, but yes, I applied additional grain to this photo. However, I didn't apply any grain here - that's just grainy snow! Sometimes I add grain and sometimes not. :)
